Who can take part

  • You have a low-grade glioma (brain tumor) that is slow-growing or pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • A genetic test shows you have a BRAF fusion or rearrangement in your tumor.
  • You are at least 12 years old and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds) for the brain tumor group, or at least 18 for the pancreatic cancer group.
  • You have not had chemotherapy in the last 14 days, or other targeted or immune therapy in the last 21 days.
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within certain safe ranges (checked by blood tests and an echocardiogram).
  • You are willing to use effective contraception during and for a time after treatment.
