  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are in good general health (no major medical conditions).
  • You have not received any polio vaccine in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had any other vaccine in the last 30 days.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control for the study duration.
  • You have no history of polio, alcohol abuse, drug addiction, or weakened immune system.
