Testing functional oils for obesity with mild memory loss
Part of Hormones & metabolism, Mental health clinical trials.
This study tests if a special cooking oil (DAG oil) can improve memory and thinking in people with obesity and mild cognitive impairment (mild memory or thinking problems). If you have obesity and mild memory issues, this trial may help find a new dietary approach to support brain health.

This trial tests whether fish oil supplements can help people who are obese and have mild memory problems. It aims to see if fish oil improves thinking and memory in these patients.
This trial tests whether inhaling a special essential oil (CXMCI-01) can help people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) — a condition where you have more memory problems than normal for your age. The study aims to see if the oil is safe and might improve memory and thinking.
This study tests whether a special drink containing medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs, a type of fat) and B vitamins can help support memory and thinking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). You would take the drink daily for 18 months and have regular check-ins including memory tests.
This early-phase study will raise fatty acid levels temporarily and see how the brain uses glucose (sugar) and processes energy. It may help researchers understand how metabolism in the body can change brain function.
This study tests whether a special oil (medium-chain fatty acids) can help people who were recently diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. If you join, you'll take the oil and be checked to see if it slows down memory decline.
This trial tests whether a dietary supplement made from olive polyphenols, combined with following a Mediterranean diet, can help protect thinking and memory in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). It may be a good fit if you have early memory changes and want to try a nutrition-based approach.
