Who can take part

  • Age 65 or older
  • Have trouble with balance during daily activities or have had at least one fall in the past year
  • Can walk on your own with or without a cane or walking stick
  • Can understand and follow spoken instructions
  • No serious health issues that affect walking or balance (like Parkinson's, stroke, or recent leg injury)
  • No severe leg pain or recent leg surgery that would make walking hard
