Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery
- For breast cancer: your tumor is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative, and you are postmenopausal (or willing to undergo medically induced menopause)
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured or evaluated
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and can swallow oral medication
