  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 28.
  • You are a non-smoker or smoke fewer than 5 cigarettes a day.
  • You have not used any prescription or over-the-counter drugs (except occasional acetaminophen or ibuprofen) in the last month.
  • You can avoid caffeine, grapefruit, and alcohol during the study period.
  • You are willing to use birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
