  • You are 18 to 39 years old.
  • You have deep endometriosis confirmed by ultrasound at the study center.
  • This is your first frozen embryo transfer cycle using hormone therapy to prepare the lining.
  • You have at least one good-quality frozen embryo available.
  • You agree to join the study and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have other uterine problems (like fibroids, adhesions, or abnormal shape) or conditions that would make hormone therapy unsafe.
