Omega-3 supplement for pulmonary hypertension

Who can take part

  • Age between 18 and 75 years old
  • Diagnosed with certain types of pulmonary arterial hypertension (idiopathic, hereditary, drug-induced, or related to connective tissue disease)
  • On stable PAH treatment for at least 3 months
  • Able to understand the study and give consent
  • Not currently taking fish oil supplements or omega-3 medications like Omacor
  • No serious heart, kidney, or other medical conditions that could interfere
