Who can take part

  • You must be between 3 and 22 years old.
  • Your tumor must be a type known to have a protein called B7-H3, such as neuroblastoma, medulloblastoma, or certain other brain cancers.
  • Your cancer has come back or not responded to standard treatments and has spread to the brain or spinal cord lining.
  • You need to have a device placed (like a shunt or Ommaya reservoir) to give the drug into the fluid around your brain, or be willing to have one placed.
  • Your kidney and liver function must be good enough, and you must have recovered from side effects of previous treatments.
  • You must not be pregnant and must use contraception if applicable.
