Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced bile duct cancer that has spread or come back, and it got worse after at least one prior treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your cancer cells have the TROP2 protein (a lab test will check this).
