A new drug combo for advanced bile duct cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, or intrahepatic/extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that cannot be removed or has spread.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments like TROP2-targeted therapy or immune checkpoint inhibitors.
  • You have not had other cancers in the last 3 years, except for minor skin cancers or cervical cancer in situ.
  • You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • You do not have active autoimmune diseases, active hepatitis B or C, or HIV/AIDS.
