Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a new episode of neck pain that started within the last 12 weeks.
- Your neck pain is in the typical area (shown in a diagram).
- You have at least a 19% chance of developing chronic neck pain based on a standard risk tool.
- If you've had neck pain before, the current episode started after at least 3 months without pain or needing treatment.
- You have not had neck surgery before.
- You do not have nerve-related arm pain (radiculopathy).
- You do not have widespread pain (pain in many body areas) from another condition.
- You can read and understand Dutch.
