  • No surgery for a muscle or bone injury in the last 6 months
  • No use of performance-enhancing supplements in the last 3 months
  • Regularly attending team practices for at least 2 months
  • No recent injury that needed more than a week to recover
  • Willing to avoid extra training outside of normal team practice
  • Able to attend all training sessions in the study
