Who can take part

  • You are a male volleyball player.
  • You are between 17 and 35 years old.
  • You can lift at least 10 kilograms (about 22 pounds) in one go.
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 (a healthy weight range).
  • You have been playing volleyball for at least 2 years.
  • You do not have any current or past knee, ankle, foot, or other bone problems, nor any heart, lung, balance, or vision issues.
