Who can take part
- You are 40 years or older with a doctor's diagnosis of typical Parkinson's disease
- You live in the community, not in a care facility
- Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for at least 2 weeks
- You can walk for at least 10 minutes without physical help, even if you use a cane or walker
- You are not currently in physical therapy for gait and do not walk at moderate intensity for 30 minutes or more three times a week
- You have good enough hearing and cognition to use a music-based app
