Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 80 years old.
  • You have had a stroke, Parkinson's disease, or a condition that causes parkinsonism symptoms (like slow or shuffling walking).
  • You can walk without a cane or walker, but your walk is noticeably uneven or slow (walking speed between 0.4 and 0.8 meters per second).
  • You have enough hearing and vision to follow simple instructions.
  • You have not had a heart attack in the last 3 months, and your blood pressure is under control.
  • You are not currently doing any other rehabilitation therapy for your walking.
