SanaMente: A peer-led program for Latino/a well-being

This trial tests a peer-led program called SanaMente to help rural Latino/a adults manage stress, improve mood, and prevent or manage chronic health conditions like diabetes or heart disease. You'll join either group or one-on-one sessions focused on emotional and physical health.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You identify as Hispanic or Latino/a.
- You are a patient at La Clínica del Pueblo in Carbondale, Colorado.
- You speak Spanish (bilingual Spanish-English is fine).
- You have or are at risk for a chronic health condition like diabetes, heart disease, liver or kidney problems (no diagnosis needed).
- You experience stress, low mood, or anxiety (no formal diagnosis needed).
