Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have metastatic breast cancer that is both hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-positive (HER2+).
- You must have already had at least 4 cycles of standard chemotherapy plus trastuzumab and pertuzumab, or T-DXd, without your cancer getting worse.
- You must be about to start or currently receiving hormone therapy along with a HER2-targeted therapy.
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans (at least 1 cm) or detectable in a blood test (ctDNA).
- You must be willing to receive injections to boost white blood cell counts if needed.
