Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2 negative, with a tumor at least 1 cm but not spreading far (stages T1c-T4c, N0-N2).
- Your tumor has a high grade (grade 3) and a PD-L1 score (CPS) of 10 or more.
- You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer.
- Your major organs (heart, blood, liver, kidneys) work well enough, with normal test results.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during and 6 months after treatment.
