Who can take part

  • Your child was diagnosed with a vision problem between birth and age 6, and you have medical records showing this.
  • Your child's prescription is at least -0.50 for nearsightedness or +3.00 for farsightedness in any direction.
  • You agree to join the study and sign a consent form.
  • Your child can cooperate with eye exams and follow-up visits.
