Who can take part
- You are a young person aged 11 to 29 with a mental health or addiction concern, or a family member/caregiver of such a young person.
- You live in the Sudbury, Greater Sudbury, or Manitoulin districts.
- You can join the trial within 2 months of your first visit with the Family Navigation Project.
- If you are a family member, there is no age limit, but the young person must be between 11 and 29.
