Who can take part
- Your child must have a formal diagnosis of dyslexia from a psychologist, using the Hong Kong Test of Specific Learning Difficulties in Reading and Writing.
- Their reading and writing skills must be at or below the 10th percentile (the lowest 10% compared to peers).
- They need a non-verbal IQ score of 85 or higher (tested with Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices).
- Vision must be normal or corrected with glasses (20/20 or better in both eyes).
- They should have no history of serious brain or mental health conditions like epilepsy or psychosis.
