Comparing a new drug plus surgery vs. surgery alone for TGCT

Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor, Diffuse

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a type of joint tumor called diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumor (D-TGCT) that can be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor is at least 2 centimeters in size.
  • You have pain or stiffness in the joint that you rate as 4 or higher on a scale of 0 to 10.
  • You have not taken drugs that block CSF1 or CSF1R before.
  • You are willing to fill out questionnaires about how you feel during the study.
