This study will follow people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who are starting or restarting a treatment called Ocrevus (ocrelizumab). The goal is to understand how well it works in real life over 12 months. Participants will receive Ocrevus as part of their usual care and complete surveys about their experience.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You live in the United States and are a patient at Northwestern Medicine
- You have a confirmed MS diagnosis (relapsing or primary progressive) from a neurologist
- You want to start or restart a disease-modifying therapy (DMT) for MS
- You are willing to be in the study for 12 months and fill out surveys online or by phone
- You have no active infections, serious allergies to Ocrevus, or other medical conditions that would make the trial unsafe
