Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have one of these blood cancers: relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), or high-risk/accelerated-phase myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN).
- Your white blood cell count must be 25,000 or less (doctors can lower it with medicine if needed).
- Your liver and kidney function must be adequate (specific lab values determine this).
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after treatment.
