Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 65 years old.
  • Have a BMI between 27.0 and 39.9.
  • Weigh at least 60 kilograms (about 132 pounds).
  • Be generally healthy aside from having overweight or obesity.
  • Not have taken any GLP-1, GIP, or glucagon receptor agonist medicines (like Ozempic or Wegovy) in the last 90 days.
  • Not use certain prescription or over-the-counter drugs, herbs, or supplements that affect drug metabolism, except for routine vitamins, occasional acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or non-absorbed topical products.
