  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are physically inactive or only minimally active.
  • You have no history of arm or leg surgery in the last 6 months.
  • Your blood pressure is lower than 140/90.
  • You do not have any heart or blood vessel disease.
  • You are willing to volunteer and sign a consent form.
