This trial tests a non-invasive treatment that stimulates a nerve in your ear or foot (called taVNS) to see if it helps reduce tinnitus. It is for people whose main problem is tinnitus and who have normal hearing in both ears.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Tinnitus should be your main symptom, and your hearing test must show normal hearing in both ears at certain frequencies.
- You cannot have a heart pacemaker or other implanted device, serious heart disease, or uncontrolled diabetes.
- You should not have foot or leg wounds, swelling, or a history of blood clots.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you cannot have epilepsy or be in poor physical condition.
