- You have Parkinson's disease and it is mild to moderate (still able to walk and move fairly well)
- You have significant insomnia (trouble sleeping at least 3 nights a week for a while)
- Your Parkinson's medications have not changed in the past month and your motor symptoms are well controlled
- You have not taken certain sleeping pills (like Valium or Xanax) in the last week
