Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- If you have normal liver function, your blood counts and kidney and liver tests must be adequate.
- Men must weigh at least 50 kg (about 110 pounds) and women at least 45 kg (about 99 pounds).
- You agree not to donate sperm or eggs, and to use effective birth control or avoid sex from screening until 30 days after the last dose.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have a history of drug abuse.
