Who can take part

  • You have braces or had braces on both your upper and lower teeth.
  • You have at least 24 permanent teeth.
  • Your orthodontic treatment lasted more than 12 months.
  • You were treated with a specific braces system (Versatile MBT with 0.022-inch slot).
  • You do not have gum disease, active cavities, or take medications that affect your gums.
  • You do not smoke, are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have not used antibiotics or mouthwash recently.
