Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
  • You have had IBD for at least 8 years (or at least 1 year if you also have primary sclerosing cholangitis).
  • For ulcerative colitis: your disease affects the left side or the entire colon (not just the rectum).
  • For Crohn's disease: your disease involves at least half of your colon or both your colon and small intestine.
  • You are scheduled for a colonoscopy to check for dysplasia and agree to join the study.
