Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of metastatic LCNEC or EP-NEC (advanced neuroendocrine cancer that has spread).
- You cannot have had any prior treatment for advanced disease, except if early-treatment ended more than 6 months ago.
- You need at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- Your age must be between 18 and 75 years.
- You must be in fairly good general health (able to do everyday activities) and have adequate organ function.
- Women must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and everyone must use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
