Who can take part
- You had a stroke (either bleeding or blockage in the brain) within the last 6 months
- You are between 40 and 70 years old
- You have not received any rehabilitation therapy in the 6 months since your stroke
- You are medically stable and able to follow simple instructions
- You have some ability to move your wrist and fingers (even if weak)
- You have a caregiver or family member who can support you during sessions
