This study tests whether a gentle nerve-stretching technique (neurodynamics) can improve leg strength and endurance in athletes. If you're 18–30, currently active in sports or intense training, and have no recent leg injury or surgery, you may be able to join.

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You currently play an organized sport or do structured strength training for an athletic event like a marathon, CrossFit, or Hyrox.
  • You have no leg injury or surgery in the past 3 months, and no leg surgery in the past year.
  • You can fully bend and straighten both legs without pain.
  • You have no nerve or muscle condition (like stroke, multiple sclerosis) that affects your legs.
  • You do not take medications or supplements that change how your muscles work or get tired.
