Who can take part
- Aged 18 to 65 years old
- Body weight at least 50 kg for men or 45 kg for women, with a BMI between 19 and 28
- Generally healthy with no significant medical conditions
- For Part B: LDL cholesterol between 1.8 and 4.9 mmol/L and triglycerides below 4.52 mmol/L
- Must be willing to use effective contraception and avoid pregnancy for 3 months after the last dose
- No use of certain medications (including statins) or supplements affecting cholesterol within 8 weeks before screening
