Who can take part
- Your LDL cholesterol must be 100 mg/dL or higher at the screening visit.
- You must be a generally healthy adult without active chronic diseases.
- If you are a woman who can get pregnant, you must agree to use two effective birth control methods, one being a barrier method like a condom.
- If you are a man, you and your partner must agree to use two effective birth control methods, one being a condom, for 90 days after getting the drug.
- You must not have used any prescription or over-the-counter medications or herbal supplements within 2 weeks before getting the study drug.
