New tablet study: absorption and food effects

Chronic Kidney Disease

  • You must be between 18 and 58 years old.
  • You must be in good general health (no major medical problems).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) should be between 18 and 29.9.
  • You must weigh at least 132 pounds (60 kg).
  • You cannot be on any regular medications or have had diarrhea or constipation in the last 2 weeks.
  • You must be willing to eat the meals provided during the study.
