Who can take part
- You must have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread (stage IV) and has not been treated before for advanced disease.
- Your tumor must be a specific type: RAS and BRAF wild-type (no mutations) and MSS (microsatellite stable).
- You need to be 18 or older, with a life expectancy of at least 3 months, and be in generally good health (able to do daily activities without much help).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You cannot have other active cancers, serious heart or lung problems, uncontrolled infections, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
