- You are a healthy adult with veins that can be used for blood draws.
- You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30, and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use highly effective birth control. If you cannot become pregnant, that must be confirmed by a doctor.
- If you are a man with a partner who could become pregnant, you must agree to use the specified contraception methods.
- You have not taken elecoglipron in the last 3 months.
- You do not have any major health problems, history of pancreatitis, or conditions affecting your stomach or intestines.
