Who can take part
- You are female and between 18 and 75 years old.
- You had surgery for a type of ovarian cancer called epithelial ovarian cancer, and your cancer was Stage II or Stage III (meaning it had not spread to distant organs).
- After surgery, scans showed no visible cancer left (your doctor calls this R0 or R1 resection).
- A sample of your tumor from surgery was tested and found to have at least 5 'neoantigens' (personalized targets for the vaccine).
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your organ function (like blood counts, liver, kidney, thyroid) is within normal limits.
- You have not had a cancer vaccine or certain immunotherapies before, and you do not have active autoimmune disease, serious infection, or other uncontrolled medical conditions.
