Who can take part
- You are between 21 and 60 years old
- You have had a stroke (any type)
- Your hand has mild to moderate stiffness (not completely rigid or too loose)
- You have no memory or thinking problems (screened with a simple test)
- You have no open wounds, infections, or serious circulation problems
- You are not allergic to Lycra (spandex) material
