Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (blockage or bleed) in one side of the brain, confirmed by a scan.
  • At least 3 months have passed since your stroke.
  • You can stand still or walk, with or without help.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, heart failure, arrhythmia, or severe lung disease.
  • You have not had Botox injections in the past year.
