Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are a non-smoker or only smoke occasionally (less than 5 cigarettes a day or very little vaping).
  • You weigh at least 60 kg (about 132 lbs) and have a healthy body weight (BMI between 20 and 28).
  • You are not taking any medications, supplements, or probiotics, and have not taken any in the past 4 weeks.
  • You do not follow a vegetarian, vegan, or other restrictive diet, and have not changed your diet in the last month.
  • You have no known health conditions (including seasonal allergies) and have not had a vaccine in the past month.
