Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have tried standard treatments, or they are not suitable for you.
- Your cancer type includes head and neck, esophageal, prostate, or certain lung cancers.
- If you have prostate cancer, you must have had hormone therapy and a taxane drug, or be unable to take it.
- For some parts of the study, you cannot have had certain prior treatments.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about).
