Who can take part
- You have a type of cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have tried or cannot receive the usual treatments for your cancer type.
- You have one of these cancers: head and neck (HNSCC), esophagus (ESCC), prostate (mCRPC), non-small cell lung (sqNSCLC), or small cell lung (SCLC).
- You have not been treated with drugs like B7-H3 inhibitors, STING agonists, or TopI inhibitors (except in some early parts of the study).
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You do not have untreated brain metastases or significant heart or lung problems.
