Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer has progressed after prior treatment, or you are not able to receive standard therapies.
- You have one of these cancer types: lung (non-squamous), bladder, stomach/GEJ, or breast (HER2-negative).
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to donate eggs or sperm during the study.
