Who can take part
- You are a man between 18 and 65 years old.
- You are in good general health with no serious medical conditions.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh at least 110 pounds.
- You are a nonsmoker or only smoke a little (less than 5 cigarettes per week) and haven't used tobacco in the last 2 months.
- If you are able to father children, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose, and you will not donate sperm during that time.
- You are willing to avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours before certain visits.
