  • You are between 30 and 75 years old.
  • You have had Parkinson's disease for 5 to 20 years.
  • Your current medications still help but are starting to wear off, and you have more than 2 hours of "off" time daily.
  • You have a good response to levodopa (like Sinemet or Madopar).
  • You have not had stem cell or gene therapy for Parkinson's before.
