  • You are 20 years or older
  • You have pancreatic cancer confirmed by a biopsy
  • Your pain is chronic and not well controlled with usual pain medicines, or you can't take those medicines because of side effects or allergies
  • You are not taking more than 120 mg of morphine (or equivalent) per day
  • You agree to fill out study questionnaires and follow the study plan
