Who can take part

  • You are a woman who has gone through menopause.
  • You have been diagnosed with low bone density (osteopenia or osteoporosis) by a DXA scan, with a T-score below -1.0.
  • You are between 50 and 70 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30.
  • You have not had a fracture, do not take medications that affect bone metabolism (like bisphosphonates or steroids), and have not had physiotherapy in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have any condition that would prevent laser therapy, such as cancer, bleeding disorders, or an implanted electronic device.
